worship. grow. give. share. all to the glory of God

The goal of discipleship is to progressively be growing in our relationship with Christ.   Ephesians 4:12,13 teaches us, “for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.”

Our desire is not perfection, but to be looking more like our perfect Savior.  Christ calls each believer to work out their salvation, and yet He supplies the grace and empowerment to follow Him.  Philippians 2:12-13, says, ". . .work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.   For it is God who is working in you, [enabling you] both to will and to act for His good purpose."

As a church, we strive to live out the great commission (Matt. 28:18-20) in all areas and places—from our backyard to Mt. Elgon, Kenya.  We accomplish this through one-on-one mentoring, small group Bible studies, and discipleship classes.

As we hold each other accountable, we strive to impact the lives of each other through worshiping God, growing together, and sharing Jesus, all to the Glory of God.
